Scope:
To provide analysis and resolution of all incoming calls to Medical Division, to follow up and make outgoing calls as required.

Job Requirements: 

Qualifications/attributes/competencies and experience:
  • Minimum Basic Ambulance Assistance certificate with current registration
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in an emergency call centre
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
